We've just had a thunderstorm... not predicted on weather forecasts.  Mobile signal has disappeared, but we still have Internet.  Temperature has gone down, from 23 to 19 - definitely preferable in this humidity.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

We seem to be back to normal weather wise, plenty of rain for the last week or so.  Hoping those of you who are going to experience the hot hot temperatures this weekend stay cool and hydrated.
  • Managed a usual 3 hours of gardening this morning, then as has been the case for most of the past couple of months it is too hot to do anything this afternoon apart from sitting under our glorious twisted willow tree, reading a ...... gardening book of course!

Mix of sunshine and clouds at the moment, hot and humid - too hot for me to garden.
