The “cat stretch” exercise was one I used to use to get rid of pregnancy backache.....and is now a staple of my Pilates class ......very useful one  :) Glad its done the trick for you Lizzie  :D

Another beautiful day out there.  Littlest chicklet and I are going out for lunch, just because we can  o:) .We take her back to Uni tomorrow  :'(

I have GH casualties - didn’t get the baby auriculas out in time on Thursday.  Very cross with myself.

Love the strawberry bed story BlueOnion. Harness those little helpers  ;)

Good to 'see' you Wonky ... have a lovely weekend all to yourselves  B)  Friend we visited yesterday sends love ... he looked for you at the Carol Service again this year but I said I didn't think you were there this time ... apparently his brother used to live in your road just along a bit from you!  We had a lovely catch up  B)

Chicky  :(  about the auriculas ... are they beyond hope?

Oh, what a shame, Chicky. I have a friend in Dordogne who has almost given up with auriculas, just too hot.

Morning Dove 😊 glad you had a lovely time with our old pal, I was at the Carol service but there were so many people you couldn't fit them all in the church, our the pub afterwards! You could let him know that three is a Laxfield morning market the first Saturday of each month and I often go to that x
Hello Chicky, have a lovely lunch out today, you have a stunning day for it!

Will do Wonky  :)  Let me know next time you're going ... hopefully it'll coincide with him being in the area.   And I know I've shown you those exercises for sciatica  :)
