Mrs Caldicote's Cabbage War is on this afternoon. I watched it last year and was pleased to see they are repeating it. Just my type of humour and worth watching.

The nearest I would get to a Christmas Carol deviating from the true story would be the Muppets and I do love that one Michael Caine is so good in that.
I wouldn’t have entertained this new one, we watched the Alistair Sims version the other night and I’m watching the 1935 version.

I don't  know  Mrs Caldicotes Cabbage War so will have a look.
For a joint Christmas present we bought a tv box that records, FF’s ads, lists all your favs etc, brilliant little bit of kit,  all for the price of 3 months subscription of Sky.

we only watch about 2 or 3 hours of TV a day so have never had the need for sky /netflix/amazon prime or any of the others.

Me neither now, although I do miss Sky Arts but there’s a lot of stuff on you tube you can watch on tv.

Last night watched the film called Paddington. I remember the old ones.
It was from a few days ago that i recorded, on ch.4, the only thing is that i had to put up with the adverts.

Ads drive me mad, I know they pay for the channels,  the new box we bought winds ads on.
