Says series two was filmed in Kent.  I’m just having a google
Bits of it were, but one episode was in Portmerion, and one was in Glasgow. I recognised those bits.

Just watching episode 1 of VB now and enjoying it.   Enjoyed His Dark Materials too but have also read and enjoyed the books which probably helps or I might have found it all a bit confusing.

Couldn't bring myself to watch A Christmas Carol even tho I do like Guy Pearce.   Can't bear Dickens.

What was that Scrooge about? Just trying to shock? I didn't see it added anything to the story at all - and by turning Cratchit into some gobby militant leftist....nooooooooo.
I don't mind takes on a theme (I thought Scrooged was ok) but this one just isn't me at all.
