Just a thought Nora, I know some people are finding that they are missing posts when they return to threads.
I went on to Forkers and it showed that I had about 30 unread posts, I read a few and then got distracted and came out of it by accident.  When I returned it assumed I had read all 30 posts and said there were only 3 unread which was probably the number of posts from when I came out and went back in again.  Just wondered if this is what's happening.  Hope you can understand what I mean.

Is there any way the site can shrink people's "icons" (or whatever the word is) - the picture that appears in a circle to the left of a discussion's title. Some of them seem to take "forever" to download. I saved one of them and it was 3MB in size!

@NoraGW Hi Nora, I have tried to add my location to my profile, when I try to save the change, I'm being told I don't have permission to do that.

Me too. I have been trying to change my profile description and it tells me I don't have permission.

Same here.  I signed out then back in again and now it's working.
