    @UpNorth > thanks for letting me know - I'll flag this to the team. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? On Chrome you can do this by clicking History from the top toolbar menu, and then Show full history. Then on the left you'll see an option to Clear browsing data, click that, and then check cookies and cached images and files, and then click Clear data. Then, reload the forum site http://forum.gardenersworld.com/ and try logging in. If you're still having troubles let me know :)

    I'm using chrome on my mobile but in mobile view the secret garden option doesn't appear from the drop down menu. If I choose desktop view I can see it. However I have to log into the website and then when I click on secret garden it asks me to sign in again?

    I have to say I hate this new website and forum. It was so simple before! Basic but nice and simple. However it is all over the place now. When I finally get to the forum section you don't see any categories all I see is latest posts from all the categories. I then have to scroll to the bottom of all of them to finally get to the categories!

    Really put me off using it because I get bored after lots of clicking to finally get to where I want to be.

    In fact I've just clicked back onto the secret garden section after coming to forum and it is now asking me to sign into the secret garden again even though I just did this before coming here.

    I'm flipping back and forth between the two with no problem Craig ... but that's on my laptop ... try clicking on the Gardeners World.com logo in the top left corner ... that's taking me to the Secret Garden option ... there was always a problem with  menus on my elderly iPhone so I've never tried to access the Secret Garden via my phone ... hopefully Nora can look at this next week.
    I'm really enjoying this new version of the forum ... I'm finding it quicker and much simpler and more intuitive to use ... but I was part of the group who did the Beta testing so we're a bit more used to it than some.

    Hi Nora, after logging out and back in, I managed to edit my profile OK but my forum name now has the 'numbers bug'.  Can you edit it please, when back at work. :)

    @NoraGW

    Hi Nora, just to be clear, yes i did clear my Chrome browser 1)cache 2)cookies 3) passwords.    That was at work on a laptop.

    interestingly on my Android Mobile, i also can't log in, however i haven't looked further into any cache etc.

    At home on pc, the chrome browser works just fine....so finally able to reply!

    obviously if you don't hear any issues from someone else it's just my machine(s) so i'll figure it out somehow!

    I've been really lucky and had no problems.  The new format is so much better.  The only tiny faults I can find are the lack of good emojis, lack of a button at the bottom to return to the top, sure there was one more but I can't think what it is now, so it can't be that important can it. :)
