Some of us also had difficulty editing our profiles.

What seemed to work was signing out of the forum, and then signing back in again. Hope this works for you.

Yes, I can confirm that has also just worked for me :)

Hi Chris, you can choose to completely hide signatures if they're adding too much scrolling for you. Go to your signature settings (via Edit profile in the top right corner of the page), and then check the box which reads 'Hide signatures always'. Hope that helps!
Thanks @NoraGW that's one of the first things I did when familiarising myself with the new forum. There's also the option which I currently prefer where you can strip out the images in signatures, but still see the words.
If someone particularly wants to display a picture, surely they can do it as their profile, or in a relevant thread? Why have thousands of copies of that picture cluttering up and slowing down the forum?

@NoraGW   Just wondering why some posters have a star after their name. ......like Hazel-1 and not others. ...like me.

Could the announcements have their own category rather than filling the first screen of the Potting Shed.  It's a nuisance on PC but must be a real pain on smaller devices.

Just dismiss them, KT - see the cog in the top right of each in the list.

@NoraGW, Am I the only person who has no problem whatsoever with the Forum layout and use?

@KT53. If you click on the cog in the top right corner you can dismiss the topic from the top of the list.

And if you Bookmark it first before dismissing it you'll always be able to find it easily should you need to.  :)
