    Morning allimage

Still only a light sprinkling of white stuff here ......but we are bracing ourselves.  Might make it to the theatre tonight, but weekend trip away is looking seriously dodgy image

Won’t see you again for a while, so until the new forum is up and running, I will leave you with this beauty, grown from a 50p rescue bulb that was already trying to escape from its cardboard box in the garden centre.....

Stay safe, be good image, and, most importantly of all, keep smiling imageimageimage

Heavy snow through the night and still falling. This is the most snow I've seen since the 1980s. Our elderly neighbour's carers live locally so he should be OK but we'll have to check that they turn up ... otherwise don't think we have any need to go anywhere ...

stay safe and warm everyone ((hugs))

    Morning all.

Just a dusting here. I'm glad I'm not heading to Wiltshire this morning though.

just before I got the camera , the coots were walking about on that newly frozen patch.

I took the photo from the sitting room window. I aint headin' out there any time soon.

Have I ever said, " I HATE BEING COLD"

Oh dear. Flights are still arriving at Stansted, but don't know that we'll be able to drive to South Norfolk. Meant to fly tomorrow afternoon. If the flight goes and we don't take it we won't be reimbursed. Then we'll have to buy another ticket for in a few days. If it's cancelled they'll put us on another flight another day at no extra cost. But then we may have to stay in a hotel, more expense.

Wish we'd stayed in Norfolk after OH's op. OH didn't want to, meant waste of tickets and paying the house sitter.

    Morning all.

    Thank you, Hosta.

Just had an oil delivery so that means heating off for 2 hours. -9° outside.

I'm feeling grumpy today. OH is feeling more cheerful, his operated eye is now improving.
