Thanks Dove, I have looked at Amazon France, but it's complicated because we will be in Norfolk from Tuesday to Saturday and 1st to 13th March. If they use the delivery service they can never find the house and the house sitter's French isn't very good. Flying RyanAir with just a large handbag, probably can' take them back. English Amazon doesn't send them to France. One more local supplier to try but they are shut on Saturdays.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
BL could you get them delivered to your cottage (or even to us) and then pack them up and send them to your French address by post? How many do you need ... do you know how much they weigh?

If you want them to be delivered here in case they arrive when you're not there that would be fine ... you have our address don't you? If not I'll PM you

Just had a flying visit from Firstborn and the girls, they are popping in to see mum and take a pressie for her birthday. Didn't stay long think they could tell that I'm a bit delicate today.
Had a walk round the garden and something has been having a little dig at the lawn, expect it's a squirrel. Cheered me up no end to see all the plants pushing through the soil (note to self, get more purple and white crocus for next year), when energy levels increase I'll fish blood and bone the borders and sort out the remaining couple of climbing roses. Some of the plants in the wildlife area need a bit of a sort out too but don't want to disturb the area yet.
Hosta, can't you drop a few of those hand warmers into your waders, might warm things up a bit.
Hope everything goes alright with the cataract op Busy, hubby is on the waiting list at the moment to get his second one sorted, they did one when they did his detatched retina.
Well there's a thing. Having a nap after lunch (as you do ) and woke up when there was a sudden 'whump' and the floor shook. OH, also napping, sat up and we both said 'what was that?' and went off checking around the house in case the bank outside had collapsed (we have had so much rain) but all OK. Checked online and it turns out it was an earthquake . OK just a small one, and I know they happen all the time even in the UK, but I've never actually noticed one before.
All 3 dogs snored peacefully through it.

BL says
"That's an amazing looking meal! I would have eaten the skull
"
I would too, but fear after eating it all, I'd still be hungry.

Brilliant, Dove! I should have thought of that. Have even done it before.

Just been for a walk in the park. The first few miniature daffs are about to open...
I wonder if Fairy knows how much we've missed her! She has a unique way of looking at things as well as being an ace photographer.
Yvie, glad you got some garden therapy today. It's great for making you feel better
Obelixx, you're right - the wind dropped today and the scent from the sarcococca, in particular, was amazing. Can't wait for spring!
Think she's getting the idea
Our sarcococca is fabulous too, and the V. bodnantense
