Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.” A A Milne
Lily P ....I'm wide awake ...as I am helping my BH with some English , note the capital E, Skype sessions...even though she is way South of me .....should that be a capital S or not ? I so love the English language ......is that even right?
Re 'S' or 's' ... I would use Skype when using it as a noun as it's the name of a particular manufacturer ... such as Ford or Hoover ... the difficulty arises when using the noun as a verb ... I think that nowadays we happily 'hoover' but Skype is still such a new word that some of us hesitate to 'skype' but it will accepted before very long ... Probably is already really.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
My chervil seedlings. They now developing their true leaves since that photo.
i was reminded when Paul Bocuse passed away. I use his recipe for Potata and Leek Soup which requires Chervil. There is no way I can get fresh Chervil here. It’s hard enough finding seeds.

I was taught that South should be upper case if used in a place name, e.g. New South Wales, but very few of the old rules seem to apply.
I was also taught that to-day should contain a hyphen, but "today" seems more widespread.
Wide awake since around 4.30 and start work at 8 so having my first cuppa now.
Gale force winds overnight so I'll be interested to see how the polytunnel " repairs" held up.
Good morning all
G'day Pat

Morning all.
Restless night - I think it's time to invest in new pillows.
I did however find a comedy radio "Shakespeare rewritten - each play in 15 minutes" type affair which has had me giggling.
Good morning ClarI
