That sounds a bit too exciting Busy.  OH has seen a couple of wild boar on walkies when he heads off down a lane through woods - further than I go - but I haven't.  I've seen what damage they can do in the Ardennes tho.

Clari - OH training has to be continuous and takes a lifetime.    Yours is just in the very early phase so no slacking.  Just have to be subtle but firm and not nag.

Joyce - I hope you enjoyed the visit and can have a peaceful evening to digest.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Evening all. Just catching up and watching the rugby with other eye ?. I thought I had posted last night but must have snoozed-off after Q.I.

Went to a small local nursery/garden centre earlier - everybody was in the cafe and soft-play area (!?) so I was the only person braving the drizzle. The owner let me into the back greenhouses where the staff were potting-on some fantastic looking perennials - I would have happily joined in!

Those cake recipies and stroganoff pic are making me quite hungry... it's usually take-away on a rugby day ?

Hope you all doing ok - I'll check in later.

What a shame Glenys, 7 isn't very old.  Hope he improves quickly.

Just finished watching the rugby. I like it when it's close, really exciting.  SIL had tickets so I'm glad he had a good match to enjoy.

Don't fancy that wild boar Busy.  Sounds a bit dangerous to me.

He,s already made himself a coffee and reading the papers in his computer room. (Papers on line ),

ive just read back two pages. That wild borecsound a bit of a worry. I suppose the horses would like to be somewhere else if it was tangled in electric fence wire.

Interesting to read Glenys’s rain account. We are SO similar to South Africa. I suppose it make sense. We’ve had a bit of rain overnight, but I haven’t been out to check the rain gauge. I suspect something similar.
