Busy safe home, it has gone fast

I wonder if Chicky is home?

Wonky first thing I ever made was a wreath for our flat door, it lasted two days!

Joyce hope you ok tomorrow although it's really started already. Fairy dont you dare go near a hill!

I know we have more friends up north, I think it's the Aberdeen area. Take care and stay safe

I think it's going to get chilly too I am rather liking the thought of Clari s chips and mayo!

    Morning LilyP, Morning all image

We’re back image.  Holiday of a lfetime ......so many amazing things seen, and so much fun.  We have promised ourselves a return trip very soon ??????

......and now, its back to work image.  Haven’t even peeked at my work stuff whilst I have been away image, so its all going to be a glorious surprise.image

Need to start thinkng about Christmas too.  Off to collect littlest Chicklet from Birmingham this weekend, and planning a spin around their Christmas market to kick start my feelings of festivity.

Hope peeps stay safe in the snow.

My final postcard ....this beach is Chicklet’s favourite - a bus ride away from her flat.  How she ever gets any work done is a mystery image  We spent Tuesday sunning ourselves here (as you can see, it was tricky finding a quiet spot image) ......seems strange as I dig out my gloves ?  and scarf ?

    Oh Chicky what a view!

Somehow I don't think my office will be as inspiring today! Still; it's dry and warm so let's look positive.

I'm attending a Christmas fundraiser at one of the hospital wards many of our clients come from this evening - they're raising money to buy the beds televisions. Sounds simple but they've all got to fundraise to pay for all the installation  / wiring / etc. so No easy task. They're hoping to do a Christmas market outside but the wind right now is making me think it'll be more thick waterproofs and scarfs than funny costumes.

  • Good morning all image Welcome home Chicky. Thanks for the lovely photos. Hope those with lurgies are feeling better. Keep hatches battened folks!

Getting an early start here as GP appointment.

    Morning all and evening Pat.

Lovely pic Chicky.  Too bad that you have to go back to work image

Hosta, hope the earache isn't as painful today.

Liri, just as well you are back home as Oban-Glasgow line is one of those closed due to expected 90mph gusts

LP, not as windy here this morning..

Clari, hope tonight's fundraiser is successful.
