Fairy image  I saw the second half of the Glen Miller Story by accident in my teens .......... I can still remember the impact of seeing James Stewart for the first time ......... I feel deeply in love and he still makes my tummy do summersaults

The Late Duchess of Devonshire was obviously a Forker ........ wandering around the garden before breakfast in her dressing gown  .............. bet it was purple!!! image

Obelixx ... Jo March was the nearest thing to a rebel I'd ever seen at the age of 12 ........ and she was a writer!!!!  image  I identified with her immediately .

Liri ... I had my 'procedure' under sedation ......... I can still hear myself talking absolute garbage to the nurse who was holding my hand as it took effect ......... but fortunately I can't remember what it was I was saying ............ what I do remember was the fascination of watching overhead image of 'the thing' progressing through my innards, a polyp being identified and "dealt with".  image

Along with a purple dressing gown for wandering around the estate!

It's gone awfully grey here; the blustering I can cope with but the grey. Can't decide if the washing should go out or drip dry inside.

Love the egg cup, shame I don't like eggs.

Sun has come out so put washing out but the grass is very wet.

I am surprised by my mare, Hannah. I thought she would be distraught when her daughter left home, but she isn't. She is grazing very close to the rescue horse I got to keep her company, glad I got him.

Hello,  Not been on for a while as have family staying but read back a bit.  I do hope those in discomfort improve, those having procedures ok and those on holiday, and days out having a lovely time!

is there there news from Punk?

I have often thought about chickens here but all my local friends say they always get eaten by something and I couldn't bear that!

The family have gone thro to Edinburgh to visit friends which gives me some time to prepare for latest little ones naming party tomorrow."Skye" Only 10 coming this time.  Rather ironically the other family are in Skye for October week! It s my "half" special birthday tomorrow (you know the one between 20 and 30!) so we having double celebration although I always miss my mum terribly as we shared a birthday,

hope everyone remembers to put their clocks back tonight Hope the baby realises!
