Hosta ..it's not April 1st ....is it? .....reminds me of an old Irish joke ....
An Irishman was flustered not being able to find a parking space in a large mall's parking lot.
"Lord,"he prayed,"I can't stand this.If you open a space up for me,I swear I'll give up drinking me whiskey, and I promise to go to church every Sunday."
Suddenly, the clouds parted and the sun shone on an empty parking spot. Without hesitation, the man said,"Never mind,I found one."
Trying to do what I am told and on couch re energising!
Can someone please remind me the Chanel and title of the George Michael tribute programme that was on recently. I know some of you mentioned it Can't find it.
thanks

Yes, and I checked it out ... it's not even down near the harbour in the most expensive part of town, but halfway up a hill not far from the station. The cottage we're staying in next year has a parking space ... nearly half a mile away up the hill past Barnoon Cemetery ... but when we're there we hardly use the car so once we've unloaded and parked the car it can stay there

Sorry FG I wasn't ignoring you...I just read back.
Brian did his windy best to keep me awake but I can sleep at the end of a runway (and have done!!!!) Takes more than that to put me off my sleep matey! Joyce seems to have escaped the worst too. It's weird how the weather hits some harder than others. We had some serious rain on Friday with lots of surface flooding but that's parr for the course, storm or not.
