Please be Waitrose saying they DON'T need me this afternoon, but no, Dentist saying they have to cancel tomorrow's 9am appointment, but can do Thursday morning. Working this evening , but not Wednesday evening, so perfect.
Morning all, misty here too I guess it is the "season of mists and mellow fruitfulness". It's beginning to lift from the east, should be an ok day
Pat what a night for you both hope the tree sorted now.and oh home
Chicky, I haven't actually grown a lemon verbena, is there a particular type I should look for?
Fairy you should find the roads quiet today with it being the holiday?
body still sore from hard labour in the garden but my new toy was used yesterday, it's handheld (battery powered ) clippers. Cuts the work magnificently. I saw a chap in a London pub using them on dwarf conifer trees, ivy etc. He let me have a shot and I was amazed. Super tool?
Clari your little guest sounds as if she is quite relaxed
Its Monday so therapet afternoon, on Friday afternoon we helped three children stop crying and woofie walked with them, heartwarming to see how a dog can calm things down
Have a good day

Dove, hope ortho appointment went/goes well. Is this the one that was organised for your knee after the accident with your foot after your tennis injury to your shoulder or was it your elbow?

The botanic gardens in Melbourne has one of them, and I remember a bit of excitement when my art teacher was allowed to go into the GH and paint it. She did a good job of it, too.
