Busy - nice that you have had a day off image

Slept for nearly two hours on sofa so will need to get something easy for tea now.

Dove, be more careful with paintbrushes in future!

Yes, Dove, how on earth did a PAINTBRUSH get into the plughole!!! Went to Sussex Prairie gardens in Henfield yesterday,  lovelly garden, oh the planting, grasses, etc. 8 acres, lovelly lady seriving teas lives there (lucky devil!) gorgeous cake, and very knowledgable plant staff, bought this amazing poisonous) shrush with bright pink stems and pea green berries.  Lovelly day out.

Looks delicious Dachalover - love any meal which is multi-purpose so can be eaten for breakfast or lunch or tea/supper.

Toasting marshmallows here if anyone fancies...best be quick though!!

Never liked marshmallows in any shape or form but do love a good kedgeree.   We had slow roast shoulder of lamb for dinner.   Delish.

Went to the beach this pm just to lie and soak up some sun and let t'other pair go for a swim.  I don't like and in my pants or salt water drying on my skin and the Atlantic is perishing compared to the Med.   Lots of people watching tho.

It's hot and humid now.  Bit of a shock as we don't really do humid here.    Floppy dogs.

One way and another we've had all sorts down our plug hole over the years but never a whole sable paint brush.   Hope you've freed it now Dove.

Morning everyone when you are around. We've been to town and back. I ran out of puff half way through though. I'm glad to be back on my lounge chairimage.

my daughters' 18 year old son had surgery in Canberra this morning to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. She was a bit worried because his Bp went up to 200, so they kept him under obs for a bit longer. Got it down to 170, so he's now home and tucked up in bed with pain killers and antibiotics.
