The short answer Dove, is NO! We're both tired of lazing around feeling rotten, but it's a matter of waiting it out I think.

I did go out and take some photos of the jonquils, but haven't tidied them up yet. I'll put them on the garden thread shortly.

The shadows are long. The wind is freezing. Whinge, whinge.

Morning all/afties Pat. Just have to ride it out  image

Hope you perk up a bit soon. Keep cosy and don't feel remotely guilty about doing nothing!

Hopefully Hosta will get a bit of a boost today. Very wearing when you can't get any decent sleep. Wonder how Yvie is. Thinking of you if you look in Yvie.

Difficult for farmers to plan with harvests Obelixx, isn't it. If it's too wet or too dry at the wrong time. We still haven't cut the haylage at work - can't get four dr, in a row.

I think the rain might have gone off - for now.  Not to last, but at least I have a week off to look forward to - hurrah!

I hearthe Spanish police have possibly prevented more attacks. It's pretty grim - but perhaps could have been even worse.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Watched Lulu too LilyP - find those programmes fascinatingimage

Great day yesterday, after the morning's excitement we lunched and wandered round Guildford, and had a lovely girlie day image  Then I was on taxi duty for the 1.30 am pickup image (but rather that than be sitting up waiting for her to get home image).....so having a later start this morning and heading in to the office at lunchtime.

The other advantage of being at home yesterday was I had a chance to have a good wander round the garden to see whats what.  Borders are still very flowery - mighty pleased this year ???

Thinking of Hosta and Yvie's firstborn at their hospital visits today.  ((Hugs)) and best wishes for all.

Glad you had a lovely day Chicky ... much deserved image

I spoke to Wonky last night ... she was still feeling absolutely washed out and rotten ... think she'll be off work today too ... don't think they'll want her to take her tummy bug to work, even if that's where she got it from image

Pat - lovely spring pics on other thread.  Hope you feel better soon.

    Morning all.

LP.- 'Lulu' programme . . . the social attitudes of the time were laid bare re the religious divide. Her great grand mother must have had character.

    Grey and damp here too.
