Lots of talk of squelching in ponds and garden pyrotechnics ..... off to bed now - wonder which of those will inspire my dreams image  image

No squelching here but there will be - I trust - when we get our pond cleared of bullrushes and we have enough rain to plant out my gunnera and willows round its edges.  Must remember to call chappy about a date.

Don't need an incinerator as we have a large patch of old building foundations which will eventually become a permanent seating area with a fire pit for cosiness.   Liri, you have to do that many steps for all your deliveries and shopping?

RG - you have to be careful of those butterflies flapping wings.    Quite enough chaos in teh world.

Yes, Obelixx - 51 steps at one end of the road or 50 at the other.  Keeps us fit; I go shopping with a rucksack.  image  There is a road route but it's much further and about 1 in 4 gradient.  Generally I prefer the steps.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

I don't think my hips and knees would last long Liri.   Some days they definitely feel as tho a good squirt of WD40 wouldn't go amiss.

What do you do in winter when it's icy?
