@Bijdezee Depending on the species, the dragonflies & damselflies season runs from early May to September.

Spotted this "crab spider" on the foliage of my Geranium Rozanne this morning.

I set out a small pond with water plants and rush like 'stuff'. What time of the year are dragonflies about?
Started seeing damsels over the last few days, a lot of the bigger ones are on the wing from about June

The Asian ladybeetle (Harmonia axyridis) is back in my garden and ... quite active.

Yesterday I noticed theres a tiny cricket living on my newish container raspberries. A speckled bush cricket I think. Not sure if I have a population I haven't noticed or if an overwintering egg(s) came in on the raspberries. I suspect the latter given the immaturity of the cricke and the raspberries' location away from other plants.

Could anyone put a name to this little fellow?

Your grasshopper looks like it's the speckled bush-cricket (Leptophyes punctatissima).
