    Morning everyone. image

We have a lovely mild day here today - sunny and NOT windy for a change. Last nights rain lasted about three seconds then stopped. Typical.

We've decided to take a long weekend away. We haven't done that since before we got our little poodle in January 2009 so it'll be a bit of a treat. We might get to visit a Botanical garden, and Hubby and son hope to visit an Apple display centre( image), but I might get to visit an Art shop for a browse. We haven't visited the War Memorial since it's been revamped, so that might be in the plan. It all sounds good.  I expect I'll be able to get on line, but not sure.

Have a wonderful weekend away Pat - what a treat image  Botanical garden sounds good.  Chicklet is visiting Melbourne this weekend (UK friends are out there for a holiday) so she is beginning to find her feet ??

GH disaster this morning - we grow them up strings tied to the roof (a la Beechgrove) and the supporting string has snapped image.  No time to sort it now - job for this evening image

Have a great day folks .....and can whoever has nicked summer give it back now, pretty please?

    Morning Chicky image

Think wayward tomatoes are all over the place ... The other day two of our pots took themselves off the terrace and into the herb bed ... Wonderful smell of tomatoes and mint image

Melbourne is really good Chicky. I'm sure she'll have a good time. I'm glad she is settling in, sorry about the GH mishap. I've just picked my last red Capsicum. It's been idling in a small GH at the back of the house for all winter. No leaves left on the plant, but the fruit has still been hanging on.
