That makes it hard for you both, but as I said earlier, it's all part ofthe decision making at that time of our lives. Good luck with it all.

just when I was having a nice day pottering about doing odd jobs, it started!

An hour and a half of, curled up in a ball, screaming in agony.

Hubby came home and gave me some painkillers. I feel like I've been kicked, repeatedly , in the stomach.

Good day today.  Bastille Day so lots of vide-greniers (sort of car boot with a French twist) and all sorts of festivities and fireworks this evening.   We went to a VG in the grounds of a chateau at the next village and then on to the coast for another but rumbly tums meant we left that early and went in search of lunch - moules frites form the mussel beds in view from the beach.  Then a stroll along the beach to the boat pier where we signed Possum up for surf lessons before heading home for walkies and dinner.   Possum has pink bits.

Market and mechanical animals in La Roche-sur-Yon tomorrow.

My hostas are looking a bit sad this year.  The shade bed is suffering from drought but that hasn't stopped the bloody snails.

Hope you've had a better day NB and things are getting closer to being finished and tidied up.

Hope you've had a good trip Busy and OH.   Hope you get a better night's sleep Hosta and any other insomniacs.

Sweet dreams all.  Let's hope we all get a good weekend.
