    Morning all.

Very nearly ended up in hospital yesterday when my stomach decided that it had been far too well behaved of late and flared up. It started off sore and swollen up like a balloon (honestly if you'd have given me a needle I'd have seriously considered popping it to reduce the pressure) to me riding the waves of pain with all sorts of was my appendix about to burst to what this a surprise pregnancy to being convinced someone had sliced me open to sell my organs on the internet.

Worst of all? As soon as the pain started to settle I was so hungry! As if my body thought after all that I was going to risk troffing down the huge fatty pizza and chips it craved. image

Fortunately I'm off work today so it'll be a gentle day of pottering; unfortunately I am struggling to find anywhere that specialises in the sales of chicken coops and bits that I could go to visit to draw up plans.

Good morning. It's been very wet overnight

Clari that doesn't sound good at all, shouldn't you get things checked out?

Pat hope you enjoyed your mini break hope you've got everything cosied up

It's the last day of the family today. Where the time has gone is mystifying, haven't done half the things but everyone has stayed well, except for a slightly teething baby so has been fun

its sunny just now hope it stays dry and we can be outside

    have a good day forkers

Morning all/afties Pat. Glad you had a nice trip, but it is nice to get back home. I'll check out your pix later image

I gave up on the forum last night as it wasn't working. Spent time reading walk reports and planning for the next time as I didn't get out.

Glad all went well chicky. The poles really do help. You'll be ready for the West Highland Way next year image

Pottering's good Clari - hope you're a bit better later.

Weather seems to be like yesterday, so just as well I'm working! Hopefully get something done later if it stays dry. I managed a few things, but it wasn't ideal for using power tools image

Catch you all later. Have a good day everyone image

    Morning all.

I too missed the glitch...it takes something to shut everybody up!!! image

Well done chicky. 18 miles of talking is good going.

Clari...glad I wasn't around when it (pregnancy, appendix, hubble bubble) decided to vacate the premisis! image image Hope you're feeling better for your day off.

We had chicken too. A better question might be "who didn't?". image

Welcome back Pat. There's nothing quite like your own bed and your own toilet!

Where's HF? Surely he's not sleeping!!!! image

    Have a great Monday all.

    Morning all.

Clari, I empathise re tummy pain. Have you looked at freecycle for chicken coop stuff? Often offered around these parts.

Sorry (?) Joyce and Pat. I missed you both last night as it appeared I was asleep most of the night.image

Leftover chicken fajita contents for me last night.

    Poldark???? What a to do.

Caught up on GW. I noticed MD has bindweed again. " Pull it out and dig up the roots in Autumn"

I wonder if he's going to show us in Autumn how he's going to dig up bindweed roots from established grasses??? No, I don't  think so either.

I'm now waiting or dynorod to come and unblock the drains!! Flip knows what they've been flushing down the loo.

    Devon.

Morning. Thought the glitch was just my iPad at first but seems not.

Just to confirm: we also had chicken last night! Did one in a roasting bag - very juicy too.

Day off today and will be venturing out to the vets later for vaccine number two. Hope the boys  behave ?

Hoping it will drier today as want to harvest more Lavender whilst it still has some flowers - last year's dried arrangements can be replaced (have about five!).

My garden and I live in South Wales.
