good morning, although therm showing 13d was still way too hot, OH still in bed, I was awake at 3.30, you can only lay in bed so long!  Am watering ready for wildflower turf, which should be making an appearance at 8.30 today, fingers crossed.Already 21d here in the SE not a cloud, dont want it too hot for manual work involved in moving the turf from the front garden to bottom of the back and laying.

Morning all! Early night last night as I was feeling particularly below par. Not ill as such just ... lacking.

I'm only going to do a half day at work today as I've so much toil to use up I want to at least show willing (wait until next month hits; I've three DAYS of overtime booked in already!)

Treating myself, if I can summon the energy, to a trip to the clothes type shops. My idea of hell personally but currently the fact that I seem to have recycled all of my shorts is a much greater level of pain. I'll leave a trail of rice cracker crumbs so you'll be able to come rescue me.

Not going unfortunately, but may camp in the garden and watch all of it on TV.

I think I shall be very tired come Monday.

    Good morning,

Slept in a little this am.  Waiting for my cinnamon and honey to cool, apparently helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol and rumoured stops you putting on more weight.  Half flat teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon in 8oz of boiled water and leave for 30mins and then 1flat teaspoon raw unpasteurised honey all from health food shop.  Check not cassia cinnamon from supermarket as very bad for your liver.  It has to be Ceylon cinnamon powder.  On my second day.  Just going to add the honey now.  Hope you are all well.

I might well join Pdoc for at least some of Glastonbury ...... it may distract me from my paperwork shuffling ....

SM. done, plenty of refreshments ready for Glasto. Warm enough not to need a sleeping bag Joyce [ he says hopefully ]

Now to tackle the Couch grass problem.

How can you lie there and think of England
