Welcome back Springwatch, but I do wish they'd find another superlative.

We had " amazing" used at least a million time, including 5 times in 30 seconds. Micheala used it twice in one sentence.

Joyce, we have a little game every time someone says "AMAZING" ( esp Jamie Oliver , George Clarke ( amazing spaces ) )  "What is it? " " Amazing". But we couldn't get the question out quickly enough last night before they'd said it again.

Poured with rain in the night.

Mornings here are such a rush, and so much earlier than I'd got used to!

Smallest GD wouldn't go to bed last night and screamed, then she did a poo in her knickers this morning. I think she's worried about having a new baby sister when she was the baby. They are both at nursery school now so the house is peaceful. I had 4 children but I was so much younger then! I used to get up at 6.30am to get them all to school, secondary school here starts at 8am. But now I'm a Granny I wake between 8 and 8.30am and drink coffee in bed until 9am!

The doc was concerned about my knee ........ once my ankle is fixed there will be a referral to 'The Knee Man' ....

I had hoped that with this big boot I could hobble about and do stuff ... no such luck ... my foot and ankle are really swollen and I have to rest and keep it elevated image
