Further to earlier post which won't let me upload pics or edit the place I'm going to is Lindengate, where they promote health and wellbeing through nature and horticulture.

tiny girl hope your little one gets better soon and I was told there are a lack of florist shops in Dubai so get your husband to check that out image

Don't you go not drinking enough just so you don't have to pee Dove! There's no shame in a bucket if it comes to it.

I hope the doctors can help you.

I think it'll be a quiet day in the office today. Only two of us in and the other chap is on a half day. Unfortunately Fridays seem to be what we've rather unkindly labelled "methadone day" when all sorts of interesting charectors walk by so the front door has to be kept shut for security reasons.

I've got lots of policies to read up on still; but theres only so much you can read at one time before your head explodes.

It's going to be another warm one! I was considering a fact finding mission to the local market (added bonus we've decided this building needs themed flowers to make it look more welcoming and I wanted to see what the local market might offer) but I might melt despite the fact that once again I am WEARING A DRESS! The horrors!!

    Keep safe everyone x

    Morning,

Dove, I am sorry to read about your knee, sounds nasty. I understand exactly how you feel   this time last week I hadn't argued with the euphorbia   Vision returning but very slowly ,  good luck at A & E

maybe we should start a garden health and safety thread? Gardens can be dangerous!!!

Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.”

Morning all/afties Pat if you're there.

Not had time to  read back properly, but, Dove - you have to lay off that gin.....image

    Get better soon  image

Glad you're on the mend LP. image

Way too hot for me yesterday....25 in the afternoon.  I can hear Hosta spluttering and coughing as I type that!  Bit of a breeze today. Might get a walk later if the forecasts for teh weekend are  a bit pants - which they are at the moment.

Better go and get to work - it's Friday - already  image

    Have a good day everyone.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

18 degrees on way to SM this morning.

About to water the greenhouse and then relax in the garden, I don't think it is a digging sort of day.

Sorry everyone, but I have my shorts on, a rather fetching lime green pair.

How can you lie there and think of England

    What a vision, Punkdoc image.

The biggest advantage in our cold weather here is that I don't have to drag hoses around half the day. We had a very lazy lay in bed this morning (again) and then noticed that one of those very popular shops was advertising king sized doonas. So, once again we shot into town. It'll go nicely over our queen sized bed with no knees hanging out. image

Almost time to think about the evening meal, so I'd better get a wriggle on.  Catch up later.

    Morning all.

The concert was good, the hall (an ex-church) was full. One of the choir members plays the flute, she's very good. The piano player was excellent too, English, was a church organist when he was only 12 yrs old.

Taking Lena (horse) to daughter 2 today. I expect I will miss her, but I'm too arthritic to ride now.

I was hoping Dove's ankle would feel better this morning. I expect it will need an Xray. Sounds as though her OH will have to plant the runner beans.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Morning all.

I've just opened the polytunnel door. 47.2C inside.

Once the dew lifts,I'll be cutting the grass then some serious cooking on the terrace.

I too am in green shorts this morning.

    Almost the weekend folks.
