My OH is in the garden too Pdoc ........ he's helping me move the little sentry box shed ......... well, actually I emptied it and he's levelling the ground, moving the slabs and will move it ... it's only shuffling along the fence a few feet. I'm eating a ham sandwich and supervising ... he says he'll have poached eggs on toast in a little while.
We're going to have a Chinese takeaway this evening
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Don't think I posted yesterday so I don't think I told you the important news! New grandson was born in the early hours of yesterday morning, in France.Dentist son and lovely French DIL. Weighed over 9lbs, their 3rd son, my 10th grandchild.
We have just been to a fantastic plant nursery, bought clematis Niobe and Blue Angel and some other plants. I hope they all fit in the car and I hope nothing gets confiscated at the port.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
