Never found sunflower hearts in Belgium but I can get them here in small bags.   Not cheap but good quality.

Sorry FG - too much to paint here first.  Maybe in a year or two..........

It is still warm here but pleasant as it isn't humid.  I have the window open and there is a loud chorus of crickets and other insects chirruping away.  They do it all day long.  OH says he can't hear them!  Even if I turn off the TV!  He also swears his ears are functioning well.....

Hello everyone. I'm off to visit the chiropractor - been lifting heavy pots etc, so my right shoulder is refusing to cooperate without giving me an "ouch". At the very least his lady masseur will give it a good workout, even if his fingers will find the deep spot that is catching.

i can't believe you've got 29c already in France. What a difference. I hope ours doesn't change that quickly.

Home again and sitting comfortably. Shoulder feels a bit easier, so it was the visit to town.

Tomorrow, I've to get the Holtor monitor fitted at the pathology place to check other things such as irregular heart rhythms in the night. Oh, the joys of getting older image.

    have a good day everyone.
