I think we will be getting rain from Thursday all through next weekend too, so I'm going to enjoy the sun while I can because I was stuck in work all last week wishing I was out there, hope your weather cheers up a little Marion : )
Hi GWRS, my friend is on her hols in Angelsey, the weather is gorgeous In Lancashire, I bought four Nemesias Amelia they smell gorgeous and look lovely, hope your having a lovely day too
Brilliant sunshine in Bristol too so i worked up in my potager where the laburnum, potentilla and weigela are all flowering together. something fresh to see every day now. I have a monstrous crop of blackcurrants ripening and the Californian selfseeded poppies are flowering. The hawthorn blossom this year is outstanding.
My oca (New Zealand Yam) plants the lad next door gave me have done well in their pots and I will harden them off for planting out next week in a raised bed.one yard apart as they grow quite big by the time they are harvested in December.
