Just had a look around and caught up ......hadn't noticed the nonsense before, but it is utterly ridiculous.  Big ((hugs)) Dove - keep on keeping on.  I'm now feeling quite cross image Since I am about to head out to the garden, secateurs in hand, that might be unfortunate image

Bought a gorgeous new japanese quince called Hot Fire at Wisley yesterday, deep deep red, I couldn't resist.  So that needs planting up too.  Not a sunny day, but no rain, so should be productive.

I think it's the case for lots of plants Obelixx. Find what works for your location and go from there. I'd agree that the more they 'tamper', the more precious the plants often become! I expect they have to do it though - keep people interested, and keep them coming back for another, supposedly different, one. Supply and demand and all that stuff. image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Thanks Chicky image  That japanese quince looks splendid - I've had a hankering for one for this garden for ages, although I'm not sure where it would go ........... I may have to have a hard ponder ....

    Hi all.

I am beyond angry this morning having read some comments on another thread.

I agree that I do set out to wind Verdun up, but that is only because he has bullied me constantly for the last year and is totally unable to post, without having a dig at someone.

I need to have a think, so I may be absent for a few days.

Dove, I am also disgusted on your behalf.

How can you lie there and think of England

    Morning Folks,

There have always been clashes of personality on the forum, the best thing to do is ignore them and not fan the flames.  I think Dove has always poured oil on troubled waters when she can and its a shame that people are stirring again and trying to cause trouble.  Life is too short, lets all try and get on and behave like the adults we are supposed to be.

Now, I'm planning on planting my sweet peas, visiting mum and going to Firstborns for cuddles and kisses. Hope everyone else is going to have a nice day too.
