Morning insomniacs - Ihave to be up for taking daughter to work so at least I have an excuse....
Sorry you're having such a crap time LP. Hope the weather allows you to get outside for a little while today. It sounds patronising to say it will get better, but I'm sure it will.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Hurray! Sometimes that simply does the trick doesn't it!
Quite chilly again - just under three degrees - but light, so that means we have almost twelve hours of daylight now. It's dark at about 6.15 here and it was about teh same when I left the house at 6.40 there. Brilliant
A few pink clouds and a bit of low lying mist over the fields. Very pretty but not so good for the hills so I'll be getting on outside again. Lots of jobs to do. I got a couple of things planted yesterday, some bits of adjustments to the gates, and the rest of my manure put down, although I have loads of it still to collect and places to spread it. Car can get washed, and perhaps the cold frame organised. Who said Sunday was a day of rest.....

Are you on a driving shift today Hosta, or on a till?
I miss driving if I don't get walking. Funny how it was something that worried me initially when I started walking again on my own, mainly because I thought I'd be knackered, but I love it. All part of the day

I must be weird because I love driving when it's dark, especially in the morning when I can see the sun rising as I go along - when it's not obscured by cloud and mist, of course - and the changes as the light comes in.

My biggest worry driving into town is avoiding kangaroos which like to suddenly stand up on the side of the road and at the same time as they see you, immediately decide their best option is to jump in front of you.
otherwise I've always enjoyed driving. I was just thinking about it the other day, and remembered that I got my driving license in November 1960!

Tills, mercifully, given the weather out there.
I love driving when it's dry , and light, and I can find the places. I love tills because you meet such nice folk, generally.

Good morning all - it's a beautiful morning out there - think some gardening may get done ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
