Two of my visitors last night, there may have been a third, but I can't be 100% sure - couldn't get a good enough "snapshot".

Did they come together @AnniD . I was surprised to see both of mine waiting for food last night - they were earlier than usual.  The way one was behaving towards the other I don't think it will be long before some hoglets arrive!

@Guernsey Donkey2, no, they came separately (can't remember the times now, but they were about 1.5 hours apart).  There were 5 visits altogether, so they've obviously worked out that the restaurant is open !
The dish was licked clean again 🦔
  • Whats nice too,is to see them looking as though they havent lost weight. Lovely pics @AnniD

Have you had them in your garden before @purplerallim ?
Sorry if you've said before, but there are a lot of pages to look back through !

Yes last year they came nightly, and was looking after a couple of young ones right into October. One had to be taken to a hog rescue ( which will be ready soon to bring back, but now can't ) so was expecting it to turn up early as it wasn't up to weight to sleep long , but maybe it didn't make it. It is very cold here at night still so hopefully they will start coming soon.

    Could well be  :)
You could maybe try putting a little dry food out each night, just to see if it prompts their memories !
I hadn't seen any poo anywhere, but put the camera out just in case. Hey presto, one caught on camera. I put food out the following evening,  and they've been coming ever since 🦔

The camera had been out a few times, but no sight, the only things eating the food were blackbirds and robins🙄
Until this morning! Found poo next to the gate!! Isn't it sad when you get excited about poo.🙄 Food and camera are going out tonight, hope it's not just cats I see.😁
