    Did anyone see today's Independent?

The mass sexual assaults carried out by immigrants in Frankfurt on New Years eve, have been proven to be fake, and were fabricated by anti immigrant parties.

We have to be so careful what we believe these days.

How can you lie there and think of England

I think we've reached a stage where we're surrounded by fake news and can no longer believe anything we read or hear. Bad enough in certain papers etc, but worse now.

We haven't had pie, we had chicken fried in herby breadcrumbs, chips, courgettes and green beans and OH has gone off to choir practice. I hope there is something suitable on TV. If not I'll read my book The Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, really enjoying it.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
