Thanks Beaus Mum I think I am gardener that likes having plants in weather they go together or not but I do try to do the basic right plant right place. I did lose a couple of plants from seed in that heavy wind we got at the end of may start of June but most came through , love that purple poppy opened today I did that from seed so more happy with that
Love the geranium and Erigeron patch Chris - I have a rockery area with geraniums and alpines and added Erigeron this year so hoping it will spread like yours.
I feel that I am a bit 'between blooms' this week - few goodies waiting to come out though.
Have a selection of Astilbes under an apple tree which are doing well.
Plants are coming along quite well, Cerinthe major, Geranium 'Rozanne', Salvia 'Caradonna'. The planting at the end of the lawn needs something architectural in there to hold it together; I've got a Miscanthus growing in a pot which will end up there eventually.

I am new to Astilbes Aunty Rach, and I must say that you selection is lovely. We have a red flowering one and a few horizontal growing ones that haven't flowered yet. This Gerbra is from last year - I wasn't expecting it to flower again, so pleased with it.

The lower rose is Gentle Hemione. I need a lesson in posting more that one picture at a time.
