I thought a view of the beach - close to where I live would be of interest and for those who have visited Guernsey - perhaps you will recognize my jigsaw of the Little Chapel - built by monks using broken crockery and pottery.
Yes, it is lovely to see all the pictures from friends on this forum wherever you live. Our Little Chapel was built by a Father Deodout (?) in 1914 and he based it on part of Lourdes apparently. They have a few services at the Chapel each year although there is no longer a monastery nearby - it is now a very successful school.

Snaps from our drive between Bega and Batemans Bay today.
These vines trying choke the eucalyptus trees are a native Clematis. Can’t remember which one. Might need to dig through a book to remind me
Cycads growing in their natural habitat - between Batemans Bay and Nelligan.
The vine is most probably Clematis aristata.

Lovely beach pic GD.
Some intricate recycling on the Little Chapel. When was it built?
Lovely to see sunny pictures from Pat in Aus AND from you in Guernsey, GD.
Nice jigsaw too.

Thanks for the info GD.
GD I’d love to do your jigsaws But so far haven’t found them. What did you call them?
I think that's a real jigsaw, Pat, not a "virtual" one. I don't know if GD uses the Jigsaw Planet site...
