There are 3 Fraxinus raywoodii in our local supermarket carpark. It took me ages to find out what they were - I thought at first they must be sorbus, because of the gorgeous autumn colour. Quite unlike anything else we normally see around here.

I'm glad you like them Liri. I often see street plantings of the Claret Ash alternated with the Golden Ash. They look terrific together when they colour up, but the Golden Ash go brown earlier that the Claret Ash, so you've got to see them at the moment of their best.
