  • Hi all just thought you'd like to know that if you live near a Wilkinson's they have a sale on a lot of their gardening things. Their seeds are all 50p a packet with branded ones £1. Good for picking up plant labels, string and other incidentals.

Morning all/afties Pat - lovely to see those cheery colours welcoming spring  image

Hope Hosta hasn't fallen asleep at the wheel...image

Brilliant news Wonks. Makes the whole 'getting up on a Monday' thing so much easier! I wish you loads of luck with it  image

Been awake since half seven, as well as a few times in the night, but had a good sleep. Must do the walk pix but I need to find another method of putting them on as I often end up putting on the wrong one as there's always a few that are similar.. The size of the photos on the file that opens from the icon is tiny. Will need to use my laptop facility and write the numbers down of each one. What a faff. At least I should get the names right this time, unlike last week....image

Dull and cloudy here but dry so I hope to get some more done outside. I'll have a look round herefor a bit with another cuppa first though.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Morning Peeps

Well done to Wonky - sounds like a great opportunityimage  And sounds like an improvement for Clari too (btw - do you have a livingroom back yet ?)

Chicky we'll not have a lounge back for several months yet. His lordship is doing a lot of the work but likes to really think things through first.

I'm meant to be cleaning the rest of the house today ready for his return so there's no reason why we can't crack on. Right now I'm wondering who will deliver a skip on a Sunday!

I hope you actually get your time off Clari..

    Use it well  image

At least my add on is all usable. I got sick of living with plaster dust and holes where there shouldn't be any, in the various  properties I've been in. I thought of throwing all my clothes out at one point, as I'd lost hope of ever wearing anything other than paint spattered joggies and tops image

You'll get there - one day  image

    ***Mother alert***

She's on her way again. Quick! Act normal!!!

You will get there Clari. One day you'll wake up and most of your cups will match and your toast won't taste like plaster or smell like paint. It'll be great. That's when you put the "FOR SALE" sign up! image

Lol Plantpauper, don't like my chances of acting normal! But I can stand next to you and you can be normal by comparison! image

Morning all, afternoon Pat, thanks for the daffodil! image its been so hot here that the promise of spring, so fresh and green, is à delight to see!

Morning Dove image we are having a john and yoko style "bed-in" in protest against noisy Romanian family get together! image which happens every meal! image

Sorry you have to work on Sundays Hosta, doesn't seem right, I can get my Mum to write you a note excusing you! image

Clari, I'm liking the sound of your new working schedule! Let's hope it is as good as it sounds! I'm blaming you for making my tummy rumble with your talk of someone else cooking breakfast image but in my home that's not gonna happen without a kitchen fire and poisoning incident, image I've planned dinner, but I might have to have it for lunch at this point!

Anyway, greetings to everyone, hope your all enjoying your Sunday! Better post before I have to edit to say good afternoon! image

    Afternoon all.

    Home safe and sound.

Today was fine except I realised I'd forgotten to unload a crate at a customer's and I snapped a leg off my specs.

Drove back with it an hour later and they'd not even noticed. They were thrilled as it contained beer , wine and cake.
