It's not that I don't want team GB to do well, I just find so much of it a bit, erm , dull.

I like the diving and gymastics as they're beautiful to watch, but as for running round and round , or swimming up and down , sorry, not for me.

I totally accept and respect the commitment and talent of those  involved but I find it no more interesting to watch than folk playing chess.

So glad your knee has healed well and is not causing any problems........well apart from kneeling on hard objects!  x

Agree Hosta, glad we've done well and some is ok to watch but can't sit there for hours watching. But everyone is different and would be a dull old world if we all liked the same. x

I like watching the cycle races because I get to see lots of lovely countryside - mostly France and Spain. Not into olympics either. But glad others enjoyed it.

Mmmm ... I've noticed that  my OH seems to be looking forward to seeing Demelza again ........ although he did prefer Angharad Reese to the current one ...

Umm, my OH will be glad when the football season is in full swing.  Plus rugby, plus any other sport that comes along,  good job we've more than one tellyimage.

Fairy, how did your ribs cope on the walk?  Hopefully no sudden slides down rocky bitsimage.

Lily, good to see you popping inimage.  Hate decoratingimage.  The results are always worth it though (if I do it myselfimage)image

Hosta, glad you didn't go astray today.  Satnavs anonimage

You are of course right Dove. I have no complaints on that front!

Ribs were fine thanks Lesley. It's quite strange, ruckie doesn't fasten anywhere near, and nothing I was doing up or down the hill interfered at all. Changing gear in the car is more painful! image

Re all this men's bodies  lark- just as well I didn't tell you all about the lads who parked up next to me yesterday....image

Steady on though - there were no uniforms....image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
