Glad you "corrected" yourself, as Elizabeth Barrett Browning would feel ...offended.

I like this sonnet very much. (How Do I Love Thee?) image

I totally agree.  She's the first and only British teacher to ever win this, and beat another thirty thousand candidates.  Hats off to the lady!

Would the maroon ones be made in France too?   :/

A mixture of outrage and hilarity (depending on what side you are on) has greeted the news that the shiny new blue British passports set to replace the current red ones after the UK leaves the European Union will in fact be made by a French-dutch company.

Hi Zoe, on last night's news, I saw the granddaughter of Martin Luther King making a short "I have a dream" speech and thought of you.

I also saw a young black man who had written in his palms: "DON'T SHOOT".

Children are being murdered by madmen and blacks by some whites still.

    I saw it too, Sam.

I'm afraid statistics show that some of us whites still believe we're the only humans on this planet and we can treat the blacks as we please...

The 4 of April is the anniversary of MLK's murder.
