Great images everyone...unfortunately I very rarely get out to photograph our furry and feathery friends, so here are some reworked images taken over the years.
In my wildlife puddle i've had all sorts move in. Tadpoles which i'm helping turn into frogs, Newts and then today something else, any ideas what it is? It's like a long black worm which swims. It was about 6 - 8" long, but very thin, maybe 2 - 3mm perhaps. Google suggest Blackworm (Lumbriculus variegatus), but i'm not sure and hope not.
Seeing @Sheps' fantastic photos made me reminisce about when I was an enthusiastic wildlife photographer. Early days of digital photography though. My camera was only 8 megapixels! Apologies if I've shown any of these before.

I play with plants and soil and sometimes it's successful

We followed the same route in cameras too, I loved my 20D and liked the 40D also.
Really good lenses too, I have the 500f4LIS and the 100mm macro, I use the 100mm for all my flower images.
