I am so impressed with skills on this thread .the knitting ,crocheting and painting is gorgeous . I am learning to crochet . I posted a picture of the rug I crocheted. I decided to use up some of my part balls and make a throw/blanket .I have yet to learn to do more complicated crocheting.Sorry I don’t know how to straighten the pic . I have just noticed the cushions on my chair have become stained from my OHs jeans .Seen below my throw . I hope I can get it off . We only bought the covers last year . Any tips would be appreciated . Forgot to say the throw is double bed size .
@Valley Gardener You never cease to amaze me with your beautiful paintings. @Rubee. I am very impressed with your crocheted throw and double bed size. That must have taken a lot of your time. I should consider making one as I have loads of odd balls of wool. I made what appeared to be a complicated baby blanket for my great granddaughter but when you read the pattern it's mostly based on the basic stitches and I feel you would find your way around it no trouble.
A pebble Noddy house. Thanks for the tip VG about acrylic pens. They are a revelation and opened up lots of possibilities. The shrubs look blue here, but for real they are green.
They are for the community plot but I think the kids will want to take the roof and see if the door opens. I might need to figure out to protect them a bit. Ho hum.
