    Afternoon all.

Just finished a marathon planting session, having a deadline, makes me a lot more decisive, on what should go where.

Quick bath and then off to the Travel Health Clinic.

Think we might go into town for supper, as I don't think either of us will feel like cooking.

    Have a great time Dove.

How can you lie there and think of England

Hello all - welcome Sunshine Smiler and Poppyred!  image

I'm in West Yorks too, Sunshine S, but I guess not very close to you... we had a bit of sun yesterday.  Bit cold and grey today though.

Hope you get good news soon, Dove & Wonky, about your (great) aunt.  Fingers crossed!

Glad your Dad is making progress, Chicky.

A really useful gardening day yesterday.  It was warmish though windy, and I finished planting wild flowers on the bank behind the house, re-seeded some grotty bits of lawn, cut the grass, erected supports for sweet peas & sugar peas, and planted & supported the runner beans (which are now being blown off their supports...), all without a single midge bite!  Today I don't feel tempted to finish the weeding I started late yesterday.  It'll still be there when the weather warms up...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Lesley, the strangest thing happened. I touched your avatar to get a better look at the new photo and all your postings for thepast several days are there??? Well I only went back a few days. I must have a look at my avatar and see if the same thing has happened.

thanks for all the greetings you've sent me. I often miss people's names because I can't remember who I have read on the previous page.image

Hi Hazel. Yes thanks, I saw it and I was just after Clari and Fidget were on the new site.

i looked at my avatar and sure enough, there are all the messages I've sent to various sites. Very strange.

    night all.

It's the contents of what used to be My Posts - accessible by clicking on your avatar in the top right hand corner - they've always been there, just not quite as easily visible as they are now.  image
