Poor sparrow Runny. Could you put up a nestbox as an alternative? There are lots on amazon - they like ones with room for 3 nests in a row ......not sure if its too late for this year, but it might be worth a try

I even ignored the 8am alarm and went back to sleep.

t's impossible to describe to folk who sleep well just what it's like to wake up totally exhausted and be like that all day long.
