Hope Ma is better tomorrow Dove.

I had a mad notion and dived, ( not literally ) into the pond and lifted some water lily stems with view to propagation.

Had a moment  of doubt and headed to the Water Garden section of the local GC for confirmation.

    Will post some photos tomorrow.

    Devon.

I've slept through til 9.30, but don't feel too guilty since it was very late when I eventually nodded off. I need to go to town today because daughter and grandson are coming down on Friday. ive been very good about resisting buying Easter eggs, but now feel I should have some on hand  for them.  Grandson will be turning 17 in a couple of weeks and is on his L plates, so they are planning to get him some driving practice.

    Morning allimage

Last day at work for me before a whole week offimage. Some of it will be taken up with hospitals image but should be time for some nice days out and some gardening too image.  At the moment I am choosing to ignore the weather forecast until it gets betterimage

Hope Ma is feeling brighter today Dove.  Flowers last longer than chocolates round hereimage

Good morning Chicky and everyone as you arrive image  G'day Pat image

You're right Panda, I was sound asleep when you said that!  image

Chicky - I'm ignoring the weather forecast too - and even if it pours with rain all weekend I shall spread newspaper over the dining table and sow seeds - that's gardening image

Sunny and bright here but teaching all day today and a meeting later with school so no time for gardening today for me. image

I must get around to sowing some seeds too Dove, I had trays of them this time last year. image

Morning everyone, off work and woke early.

DD there's a new programme on here called New life in the sun, one couple where doing a big house up in DD France, looked like a lot of work but they got there in the end : ).

Dove hope you get all your seeds sown today. Is your daughter enjoying her new car?.

    Morning Chicky : ) how's little chicklet ?

    Morning DD and Flumpy image

The car has definitely changed Wonky's early mornings - the fact that she can leave stuff she might need at work (swimsuit, towels etc) in the car and not have to lug them with her on her walk then bus journey is a real bonus.

Not sowing seeds today - will start over the weekend - this morning I'll be visiting Ma.
