Chin up Flumpy. We had a big spider appear twice - two nights in a row - it's amazing how effective a shoe is!  Whack. Hubby jumped up and got both of them.image

Sorry, Flumpy, but I had to laugh when Kef said that about the drink and the paper!

I never press ignore buttons, I'm far too curious.

DD, I am going to Kevin's meeting, are you? It's about opening our gardens for the new French NGS scheme - for those who are wondering.

The little grandsons are having their morning sleep.

    Good morning all, hi Patimage

Try to be brave flumpyimage.  I had a fear of large spiders but with OH going away for days and weeks at a time I had to deal with them.  I still shout for his help now he's retired thoughimage.

WW I'm glad Flatters doesn't seem to have anything too severe wrong with him.  Lizzie it's good that the antibiotics have kicked in for Tigger.

Liri and Hosta I thought about both of you today when I was rearranging stuff in the freezer.  Very painful even without your conditionimage.

I'm having an unofficial birthday today as I'll be down south from tomorrowimage.  OH has been out and bought a birthday cake and fizz, and steaks for tonightimage.  It's nice being spoiltimage.

Chicky I'm glad you had such a lovely day with chicklet yesterdayimage.

Flumpy, one will be 2 in May and the other will be 1 in June, so pretty close in age. The one who is nearly 2 speaks English and French words and can count up to 10 in English. He's so cute with golden curls. His Daddy is my English son and his Mummy is my French DIL.
