    Hi all!

Finished the h****w**k so I'll be looking for some good TV this afternoon - I've got to the easy bit of my sock pattern so I could do that at the same time.  image

Hope Katie is beginning to loosen her grip.  Keep safe everyone!

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Almost time for bed again. Ho hum!

We're watching escape to the country and they are in Cornwall, Truro  I might be able to give you a wave Verdun.  The couple have a million pounds to spend! Wow. He's a chiropractor and she is a lawyer.

We might even get a bit of rain tomorrow.

I would hate to be a lawyer, all those facts to memorise and a lot of it very dull. Daughter did a year at Uni, changed and is now a teacher. Niece qualified and is now a social worker, they are both much happier in their current careers.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Very good Dove. I needed a laugh.  They didn't settle for any of the properties they were shown. What a joke.

I thought we were going to bed when the program finished, but suddenly Jools is on and we're watching some loud music including Ellie Goulding.  I just might head off to bed  myself anyway.

Hi BuzyL, I agree with you.  Have you ever read the John Grisham novels? Talk about slave drivers. image

Terrible night here, torential rain, hail and then snow.  The sun is shining now and the wind has dropped thankfully.  No damage though so we were lucky.  Mind you Secondborn didn't get much sleep in the conservatory - it was a bit noisy.

Getting really worried now as no sign of Secondborn's house being finished and she only has 4 and half week to go.

Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands

Oh YStevie I didnt realise they were still with you. Keep a mop and bucket handy there'll be tears! I was nearly made homeless when our house move was delayed; but I can't imagine the stress AND a bump to worry about.

Plaster still coming off the walls. I'm developing a good sized bruise on my hand though!

That's a worry, Yviestevie. I've been reading about the housing problem for weeks! but haven't commented because I thought everything was in hand. You must be getting desperate. Is she well, otherwise?  Also, the bad.weather is bad timing.

Must go to sleep, it's late again .image
