Just watched the second part of Steve Backshaw's Venesuelan adventure (can't remember what the programme is called though ). It was jolly good, some beautiful scenery Steve can be quite irritating but it was def worth a watch
Good heavens! 17 PMs! Sounds as though someone was stalking you, Clarice. Hope all is OK now.
Was a lovely day, gardened and sowed seeds. OH is taking me out to lunch tomorrow in a pretty Dordogne town. We are going to put out posters there for his choir's concert.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Good evening everyone. I'll be glad when our daylight saving finishes, it'll make it a bit easier to chat with you all. I think it will change at the end of the month.
Pat - went to Australia about 25 years ago - backpacking with two friends for 6 weeks. Spent a lot of time on greyhound buses. Loved the contrasts ......beautiful country. A trip back is long overdue .....little ones got in the way.
came out of the GC with more than seed compost - they had their 5 perennials for £10 offer .....it would have been rude not to. Nearly quibbled that a foxglove was not a perennial.....but life's too short
Morning Hosta - enjoy your tea. Sounds like its 2 steps forward and one back
Hi Newbee3 - I love them both. Format and purpose too different to compare. It would be like saying I like newsnight/panorama better than the News at Ten. I think there's room for 2 gardening programmes in the schedules .....maybe if they tried really hard they could squeeze a couple more in

Ours will change on 1 April, Pauline.
Maybe it's an April fools joke. That info was what Hubby found somewhere on line - don't know where.

what program do people prefer: gardeners world or big dreams small spaces?
i personally prefer big dreams small spaces, I enjoy seeing the gardens "before and after" and find a lot more relevant to most people's gardens.
Morning all.
Awake at 5.30!!! Given in and just made tea.
