    And for some reason I was still awake quite late last night - I sent Wonky a text at 10.34 - she can verify that - it was a pic of the new jumper I started for her yesterday image

    4 weeks today is the first day after surgery, so hopefully I'll be off like a gazelle after that.

    I tried to stay awake to listen to Book at Bedtime, but as usual I fell asleep in the middle of it image

    More than likely, with your new streamlined look.  Has OH had to supervise your acquisition of a complete new wardrobe?

    Mmmmmmmmm - been there, done that - up and down like a yo-yo .... seem to have stabilised now tho image  A bit heavier than I would like but a lot less than I was, and at least it doesn't sag too much image
