Good morning all image  G'day Pat image  glad you've tracked your friend down and that she's being kept an eye on.

A slow start this morning image  It was wet and dreary earlier but there's blue sky now ... in a while I'll pop up to the farm shop and get food for the weekend ...

    Chicky ((hugs))

Shame Verdun, it's lovely here, that makes a change.

Well done Runny, you've got the smiley thing off nowimage

what doesn't work though, is the smileys on you iPad keyboard. Not in this site anyway. The idea of keeping them in your photo files is that you can easily find them to use again.

edited to add.    Spoke too soon, it's snowing and has settled

I'm in the bath. Only safe place in the house. I cleared one side of the kitchen yesterday. The living room is full of boxes. The microwave is on the dining table. My brother and hubby are ripping out one side of the kitchen, removing oven and hob, so no cooking from now on for about a week. Then he is putting in new electric points for new appliances. I might go up to the greenhouse and plant a few broad beans.

I think it will be the Thai palace for dinner tonight.
