Dinner last night was Barramundi in a pan of sauce cooked with my garden produce - tomatoes, onions, garlic, beans, Broccolini, thyme, parsley, and some lovely Aldi Pasta. I did add a couple of anchovies as well. No left overs for lunch today.image

I've been out early today hand-watering the veggie garden before connecting up the soaker hose. Collected more beans and tomatoes and a couple of young egg plants. Hopefully, this means I won't have to brave the heat much today. Sorry to read that you all are still getting very cold weather over there. (I need some smileys for sweating and shivering).

Lilyp, I hope your Russian news is ok and Dove, it's so nice to know your Mum is happy and well cared for. She sounds lovely. I lost my Mum to bowel cancer in 1985 and still think about her and some of the things she said and did.  She was a keen lawn bowler. Sorry of I've forgotten anyone. Can't go back.image

Thanks Lyn. Now all I have to do is work out how to keep that one safe somewhere so that I can use it at the appropriate time. image

Can't answer that Runny, but I managed to save Lyn's images, but they don't move. Still, its a start. How nice to start the day with some laughter. I feel more like getting going now, image
