Morning all/afties Pat. Cloudy here and the rain's coming but I might get summat done today as I  intend walking tomorrow - today's no use. Cloud and hill fog for tomorrow so I'll head east and see what's what image

I pressed the ignore button a while ago - for the first time. Makes life more pleasant image

That's some rock band forming in the big blue yonder.... RIP Mr Emerson image

The important question today  is - should the pasty have won the pie competition? Over to you Verdun....image

    Hello image

    3C and bright here.

I haven't pressed the ignore button yet !

I will have to check the news about pies / pasty that one escaped me image

Fairy there are certainly a lot of people popping off image Sounds like Keith Richard is in a bad way.

Morning all - busy day ahead here.

After reading back I think I might have to join FG in using the Ignore button for the first time. I swear like a trooper at times a but it is usually about something that's made me angry - and is usually intended to be vaguely humorous. Always use asterisks when writing the words. I don't appreciate people ranting and swearing on here for no particular reason - for me it spoils the atmosphere of the forum.

Re rock bands - we said the same thing last night when we heard about Keith Emerson. And, of course, they also have a world class producer in George Martin to help them produce a really stonking record... Hope they're having a great party image

I pressed it - but not for the person some might imagine KEF...  image

They think Keith Emerson killed himself. I loved ELP - the only band of that genre I did like. They were superb - and often very funny.

I thought 'Keef' died a while ago and it was his waxwork that played now....image

It's a wonder any of them have survived so long considering what they all got up to!

    Hi all.

Looks almost spring like outside, must get out there.

A bit of madness on here last night.

I am afraid that you are starting to p##s me off a bit Edd.

    Have a good one.

How can you lie there and think of England

    "least said, soonest mended"

    Weekend at last.

Had 8 hours sleep last night. Heaven indeed. I'm sure it was down to the 5 hours on my knees ( I know!!!!!  but I had a big cushion on a padded kneeler) It had to be done.

Got a friend coming for lunch so can't hang about long this morning.

Have a good weekend one and all.

    Devon.
